Pioneer Training Program for Secondary School Marine Conservation

Learn about environmental education, marine ecology and conservation from local experts, and visit Ocean Park’s conservation facilities to discover the day-to-day work of animal-care staff. Guided by the conservation team, secondary students will plan and coordinate educational activities that spark their awareness of and interest in local marine ecology, biodiversity, marine pollution and conservation issues. They will also develop the skills to organize and lead marine conservation outreach and education initiatives, while strengthening their self-directed learning and design thinking skills to become the next generation of marine conservation leaders.
